Climate-based anxiety is very real. You're not alone. This is a pscyoeducational, grief processing group facilitated as a means to provide a safe, open space for dialogue and healing as we realize our climate crisis. Community engagement and activism throughout the year is encouraged, optional and a resource that is always available for building connection and creating purposeful impact. This is an open group meaning anyone can join at any time. Confidentiality is mandatory for all group members. Everyone's experience is worthy of respect, is unique and valid. Active Laughter Class (Laughter Yoga)
FREEING YOUR INNER CHILD! Laughter yoga combines light stretching, breathing exercises, laughter exercises and meditation. All age appropriate. All you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to have fun and be silly. It’s equivalent to a light aerobics exercise and uses childlike and improvisational play as we engage with each other connect and have a ton of fun. Life can become so serious. if we let it.
